President

Charlie is the President of Mimms Contracting. A native of Bishopville, SC, Charlie graduated with a Bachelors Of Science Degree in Management from Clemson University.

With nearly two decades of experience in the Commercial Construction Industry, Charlie has worked with a myriad of clients from small locally owned businesses, to mid-size firms to large corporate franchises. Charlie’s moral and ethical values have led to successful relationships with developers, owners, subcontractors, and architects alike.

Charlie is married and has two young children. When not working, he enjoys golfing, volunteering at his church, Eastminster Presbyterian Church, and spending time with his family and friends.

When not working, Player enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter Madison, and friends. He thoroughly enjoys hunting, fishing, and arrowhead hunting. He is a member of St. Luke Methodist Church in Lynchburg.

Ainslee Graham

Office Manager

Ainslee is a native of the Columbia, SC area, originally from Chapin. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia College and has worked in the construction industry for almost three decades.

When not working, Ainslee enjoys spending time with her two sons, family, and friends and loves gardening.
