This is my personal collection of San Soo Fighting Forms. Though there are many Forms in our art, these were taught to me personally by Master Ted Sias, who learned them directly from Jimmy H. Woo. There are other Forms books out there, but not like this one! Kung Fu San Soo is an ancient fighting art used primarily for self defense that originated in Southern China. It was brought to United States of America by Grand Master Jimmy H. Woo (Chin Siu Dek) in the 1930s.
