Put flour and water in the bowl in the ratio 2:1 proportion,i.e.one cup of water to three cups of flour.Close the lid and fix the handle properly. Rotate the handle for about two minutes(First 15 to 20 times in clockwise direction and then in anticlockwise). Now your dough is ready to prepare the chapattis.
